Sales Operations Specialist- Temporary Position

What is the job?

Spacecom is looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Operations Specialist to support our global Sales organization.

This role is responsible for driving operational excellence across the Sales organization, ensuring that sales processes, systems, reporting, contracts, and cross-functional activities are executed efficiently and consistently.

The Sales Operations Specialist serves as a key interface between Sales, Finance, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Executive Management, enabling the organization to achieve its business objectives.

All you need is…

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Administration or Commercial Operations in a global B2B environment.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM – mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills with experience preparing dashboards, reports and business analysis.
• Excellent project coordination and process management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
