Director of Finance | Startup Finance | CPA

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager or Financial Controller to step into a Director of Finance role within a fast-growing CFO-as-a-Service firm supporting innovative startups.

Responsibilities

• Own the finance function for a portfolio of startup clients.
• Partner directly with founders and leadership teams.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Build scalable financial processes.
• Support audits, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Leverage technology and AI to improve finance operations.

Requirements

• CPA.
• Big 4 internship or professional experience.
• Experience in a CFO-as-a-Service / Outsourced Finance firm.
• Experience supporting startup or high-tech companies.
• Strong English.
• Ownership, hands-on approach, and excellent analytical skills.

Nice to Have

• US GAAP.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite / Priority / QuickBooks).

📍 Hybrid: 2 days in Ramat Gan, 3 days working from home.
