Sar-El Tours and Conferences is Israel’s leading incoming tour company. We specialize in faith-based tours, biblical study programs, pilgrimages, business and government delegations, and large-scale conferences.

We’re expanding our operations team and looking for both Tour Operators and a Department Operations Manager to help us deliver life-changing journeys to Israel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain clear, consistent communication with international clients and agents

• Coordinate and manage bookings, reservations, and logistics for incoming tour groups

• Handle supplier and services coordination prior to group arrivals

• Oversee on-the-ground operations and provide real-time solutions during tours

• For the Department Operations Manager role: guide and support the department while managing multiple tours

Job Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Hebrew (written and spoken) – mandatory

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex logistics

• Background in tourism or hospitality – advantage

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

• High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure

• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
