Delivery Coordinator (10275)

Bynet Data Communications is seeking for a Delivery Coordinator to join our Delivery Operations team.

Join our Delivery Unit — an intimate, collaborative team within a stable and innovative technology company.

What will your day look like?

• Coordinate all project and installation stages, including customer communication, order approvals, and system monitoring.
• Work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, Project Managers, Vendors, and Subcontractors.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers regarding billing, equipment delivery schedules, installations, and related matters.
• Work with various systems and tools, including ServiceNow and Microsoft Office.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in an administrative and operational role – must
• Customer service experience with a strong service-oriented mindset.
• Experience working for a systems integration company – advantage.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
