Senior Search Arbitrage & Google AdSense Optimization Specialist

We're looking for an experienced Senior Search Arbitrage & Google AdSense Optimization Specialist to help optimize and scale our global search arbitrage business.

Responsibilities:

• Optimize search arbitrage performance across multiple GEOs and domains.
• Improve RPC, RPM, and overall profitability through data-driven optimization.
• Analyze traffic quality, publisher performance, and Google AdSense monetization.
• Lead A/B testing across landing pages, article layouts, and monetization strategies.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Search Arbitrage, Search Monetization, or Google AdSense optimization.
• Deep understanding of Google AdSense, publisher monetization, traffic quality, and revenue optimization.
• Proven experience optimizing RPC, RPM, and publisher revenue.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience running A/B tests and making data-driven decisions.
