Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and driven Project Manager to lead customer-facing projects from start to finish. In this role, you will work at the intersection of customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution, alignment, and delivery. You will play a key role in driving project success while maintaining full transparency and strong stakeholder communication.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and manage projects throughout the full lifecycle – scope, timeline, budget, and delivery.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, R&D, Production, and Sales.
• Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring a high-quality experience.
• Identify risks early and proactively drive solutions.
• Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and ensure execution.
• Provide clear, data-driven status updates to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and process optimization to enhance overall performance and operational efficiency.
• Utilize project management tools to maintain visibility and control.

Requirements:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering / Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary projects – an advantage.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• Experience with MS Project / Priority ERP / other PM tools – an advantage.
• Project Management certification – an advantage.
