Design Creator

Moveo Creative, our fast-growing creative studio, is looking for a visionary Branding, Marketing & AI Creator. This is a unique opportunity to set the design tone and lead creative processes from A-Z while working closely with a diverse range of clients.

In this role, you will bridge traditional design mastery with state-of-the-art AI workflows. You’ll not only ideate high-level creative concepts and execute them to perfection, but you’ll also leverage generative AI tools to accelerate prototyping, explore radical new aesthetics, and scale stunning marketing collateral.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Brand & Marketing Creation: Own the design process from initial concept to final delivery across branding, digital campaigns, UI/UX, and motion graphics.
• AI-Augmented Ideation & Production: Integrate generative AI tools into your daily workflow to rapidly prototype visual concepts, generate unique design assets, and streamline production.
• Client & Studio Leadership: Pitch bold ideas directly to clients, translate complex briefs into actionable visual strategies, and set the aesthetic bar for the studio.
• Cross-Platform Execution: Design high-converting marketing materials, digital assets, brand identities, interactive Webflow sites, and engaging motion content.
• Toolchain Mastery: Combine classic creative applications with emerging AI models to push the boundaries of what’s visually possible.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Relevant degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (backed by an absolute passion for visual culture).
• Taste & Vision: A severe obsession with aesthetics in branding, concept creation, typography, and life in general.
• Communication: Exceptional attentiveness and advanced communication skills—able to articulate complex design decisions and AI workflows clearly to both clients and internal teams.
• Portfolio: A kickass online portfolio showcasing a strong foundation in branding/marketing design, alongside creative experiments or practical implementations using AI tools.

Required Qualifications:

• Generative AI & Emerging Tech: Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, Runway, ChatGPT/Claude (for prompt engineering & concept generation), and a drive to adopt new AI design tools as they emerge.
