Sales Operations Coordinator

An established enterprise software marketing company is looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator for a full-time position.

• Preparing and sending price quotes to domestic and international clients.
• Requesting quotes and negotiating with vendors both locally and globally.
• Placing and managing purchase orders with domestic and international vendors.
• Handling client inquiries directly with overseas vendors.
• Tracking and monitoring quotes, orders, and deliveries.
• Maintaining ongoing communication with company vendors in Israel and abroad.
• Developing business relationships with new software brands for local representation.

• Experience in procurement, sales, and operations within the software marketing industry – Significant Advantage
• Academic degree – Advantage
• High proficiency in English (speaking, writing, reading, and comprehension) – Must
• Full command of computer applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, Internet)
• Experience with Invoice4u – Advantage
• Fast learner
• Excellent organizational skills, dynamic, energetic, and proactive
• Strong service-oriented mindset
• Great interpersonal skills

• Location: Givat Shmuel
• Hours: 5 days a week, 08:30 – 17:00 (Overtime as needed)
