We are hiring a Production Team Leader for a startup company located in central Israel.

Responsibilities:

Work with production lines and assembly of electronic and mechanical assemblies
Manage and lead a production team of 3–5 employees
Take responsibility for manual and automated production processes
Read technical drawings and manufacturing documentation
Write documentation and work closely with internal stakeholders while reporting to the VP of Operations.

Requirements:

10 years of experience in manufacturing and assembling electronic and mechanical assemblies
Experience in soldering, cable manufacturing, and working with manual and automated production lines
Experience reading technical drawings and manufacturing documentation, with the ability to write documentation
Experience in the military, defense industry, or a technology product company – advantage
Familiarity with Information Systems (Priority or another ERP system) – advantage
