Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services in Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce and PHP.
• Develop and maintain frontend user interfaces in React and Magento PWA Studio / Venia.
• Develop custom modules and tailored features in Magento 2.
• Develop and extend GraphQL Queries, Mutations, and Schemas.
• Build and maintain React components using Hooks and Peregrine.
• Develop workflows and features for catalog, search, shopping cart, orders, pricing, promotions, coupons, and loyalty programs.
• Develop and maintain integrations with ERP, inventory, pricing, order management, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
• Optimize website performance, load times, Core Web Vitals, and overall user experience.
• Perform version upgrades for Magento, PWA Studio, and underlying PHP and JavaScript dependencies.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve production incidents.
• Work with monitoring, logging, and performance profiling tools.
• Write clean, well-documented code, perform code reviews, and write automated tests.
• Collaborate regularly with IT teams, marketing departments, and external development vendors.

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce development in a production environment.
• Proven experience in Full-Stack development and end-to-end feature implementation.
• Advanced proficiency in PHP 8.x, including OOP, Composer, and PSR standards.
• Deep knowledge of Magento 2 architecture, including Modules, Plugins, Observers, Dependency Injection, Cron Jobs, and Queues.
• Significant experience with React development, including Functional Components, Hooks, and State Management.
• Practical experience working with GraphQL, including writing Queries and Mutations.
• Experience working with REST APIs and building cross-system integrations.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL, including query analysis and optimization.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with Git, Composer, and npm.
• Strong ability to independently analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
• Good command of English, including the ability to read and understand technical documentation.

• Practical experience with Magento PWA Studio / Venia in a production environment.
• Experience working with Apollo Client and Magento Peregrine.
• Experience working with Adobe Commerce Cloud and deployment processes.
• Hands-on experience with Magento Page Builder.
• Experience developing e-commerce websites with large catalogs and complex promotions.
• Experience integrating with ERP, POS, inventory, CRM, and customer loyalty systems.
• Experience with Fastly CDN, caching mechanisms, and performance optimization.
• Experience with New Relic or similar monitoring tools.
• Experience with OpenSearch or Elasticsearch.
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, and e-commerce security standards.
• Experience working with multilingual websites, including full support for Hebrew and RTL (Right-to-Left).
• Experience with SpeedSize or other web image optimization tools.
• Background or experience in the retail industry.
