BI Developer – Defense Company, Northern Israel

A defense company in northern Israel is looking for an experienced BI Developer with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of data architecture.

The selected candidate will join the company’s BI group and will be responsible for developing enterprise-level analytics solutions across diverse business domains, using advanced data technologies.

Responsibilities include:

Developing and implementing advanced BI solutions and business insights based on complex data

Defining and implementing key KPI metrics for development and operational processes across various business areas

Designing concepts and planning analytical solutions

Working with leading BI architecture and data analysis technologies

Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management, Computer Science, or another relevant field – mandatory

At least 3 years of experience developing reports and dashboards using data analysis tools – mandatory

At least 3 years of hands-on experience with complex SQL queries, problem-solving, and query optimization – mandatory

Excellent analytical skills and strong data orientation

Understanding of BI architecture, including DWH, ETL, and data modeling

Experience developing with OBIEE or other BI tools such as QlikView or Tableau – advantage

Experience in ETL development – advantage
