On behalf of our client, we are conducting a confidential and strategic search for a visionary and deeply technical Lead Data Scientist to spearhead this mission.

In this pivotal role, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of exceptional scientists and engineers, taking full ownership of the ML/AI product lifecycle from ideation to production. You will be the bridge between deep scientific research and tangible, life-changing business and clinical value.

What we are looking for:

• Ph.D. in a relevant quantitative field (Computer Science / Engineering / Bioinformatics / Physics, or equivalent) – Mandatory.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing ML models and successfully productizing them in real-world, high-performance, large-scale use cases – Mandatory.
• A proven track record of launching healthcare, medical, or life-science AI-based products.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with a genuine passion for developing talented team members.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive, independent problem-solver with strong time-management skills.
