We are looking for a hands-on Software Engineering Team Lead of a new era. Not a manager who spends all day in meetings, but an active Builder & Indie Maker at heart- someone who leads by technical example, writes code, designs systems, and continuously experiments with modern dev tools.

What We Are Looking For:

• Software Engineering & Leadership Background: Strong background in software development alongside proven experience (or natural capability) in leading engineering teams and driving technical execution.
• Makers / Indie-Hackers at Core: Genuine passion for building software products. If you have side projects, an active GitHub profile, or apps you’ve built just for fun-you speak our language.
• AI-Native Development Mastery: You don't just use AI; you supercharge your dev workflow with it. Tools like Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, v0, and emerging tech are your superpowers for delivering high-impact software at lightning speed.
• Continuous Tech Learning: Technology moves fast, and you move faster. A natural curiosity to experiment with new frameworks, tech stacks, and AI trends as part of your daily engineering routine.
• Lead-by-Doing Mindset: The ability to mentor developers, foster technical ownership, and cultivate a fast, high-quality, and product-focused Builder Culture.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor a high-performing software development team with a Hands-on & High-Impact approach.
• Drive hands-on development, code reviews, architectural decisions, and technical delivery.
• Architect an AI-native, productivity-driven dev environment that keeps the team in a constant Flow State.
• Transform complex requirements into scalable, working software in record time without compromising quality.
• Evaluate emerging dev tools, AI capabilities, and engineering best practices to integrate them directly into team workflows.
