Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

A successful, fast-growing FinTech startup is looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join its team.

📍 Tel Aviv | Hybrid

What you’ll do:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles

• Manage the full hiring cycle: intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and closing

• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders

• Build strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and headhunting

• Recruit for technology, product and business positions

• Deliver an excellent candidate experience

• Manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced startup environment

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment

• Experience recruiting for startups, technology companies, FinTech or Payments companies

• Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing and direct outreach

• Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills

• Ability to work independently, prioritize and drive recruitment processes forward

• Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English
