Chief Executive Officer

We are seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead a clinical-stage Medical Technology company developing breakthrough solutions in tissue regeneration.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Executive Leadership: Lead the company's overall strategy, execution, and daily operations in close collaboration with the Active Chairman.

Value Creation & Capital Markets: Drive company valuation, represent the business to public investors, analysts, and capital market stakeholders.

BD & Commercialization: Formulate commercial market-entry strategies in Europe and Israel; spearhead global licensing, distribution, and strategic business development partnerships.

Clinical & Regulatory Oversight: Direct the execution of the US Phase III clinical trial program towards FDA approval.

Team Leadership: Mentor and direct a highly skilled core team of functional directors and external consultants.

Requirements

Proven Executive Experience: Prior experience as a CEO in a MedTech, Medical Device, Biotech, or Life Sciences company (Must).

Domain Expertise: Solid background in MedTech/Life Sciences with a clear understanding of regulatory pathways (FDA/CE) and clinical environments.

Business Development Track Record: Demonstrated success in deal-making, global licensing, and commercial partnerships.

Capital Markets Savvy: Understanding of public company dynamics, investor relations, and shareholder value drivers.

Leadership Style: A firm, results-oriented operational leader with high emotional intelligence, empathy, and strong people-management capabilities.
