Leading company in Holon is looking for a Core Systems Development Manager

Join a key leadership role combining technology, people management, and ownership of mission-critical business systems. This is an opportunity to lead a development team, drive complex projects end-to-end, and work in a multi-technology environment supporting high-volume transactional platforms.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and mentor a software development team

• Own the full development lifecycle, from requirements and design through delivery and support

• Develop and maintain core business applications and supporting systems

• Troubleshoot complex issues and drive performance improvements across critical systems

• Work extensively with databases, Linux servers, and diverse development environments

• Lead complex technology projects and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders

Requirements:

• Software Engineering Practical Engineer degree (or equivalent technological education); B.Sc. in Computer Science is an advantage

• Proven development experience with Java, C, and SQL

• Hands-on experience working in Linux environments, including scripting

• Experience with DB2 and SQL Server, including Stored Procedures

• Experience managing enterprise systems and leading complex development projects

• Experience working with large-scale, high-volume transactional systems

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal

Advantages:

• Experience with C#

• Familiarity with Git, SVN, IntelliJ, and Visual Studio

• Experience with multithreaded programming

• Experience with JavaScript, Angular, and Struts

• Background in System Engineering

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies

• Experience with Cloud technologies and knowledge of AI solutions
