Field Sales Agent (Chinese Speaker)

Location: Field-based / Outside office (remote from HQ, on-site with clients) 

Office Location: Yigal Alon 94, Tel Aviv

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our dynamic team in the financial services industry.

As a Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our range of financial products and services to potential clients. The successful candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of financial products and services. Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with exceptional service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
• Present and explain the features and benefits of our financial products and services to potential clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a regular basis, consistently striving to maximize sales opportunities and revenue generation.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and marketing, to provide feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the continuous improvement of our offerings.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or field sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Fluent Chinese – mandatory.
• Good command of English and Hebrew – mandatory.
• Additional languages are an advantage.
• Comfortable working independently and outside the office.
• Basic technical skills and the ability to learn fintech products quickly.

Office Location: Yigal Alon 94, Tel Aviv. 

Work Style: Field-based role with frequent client meetings and travel, while being part of a collaborative team environment.
