Ecommerce Manager | Laline

Laline is looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead and grow our online business.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage Laline's ecommerce business end-to-end, driving revenue growth and profitability.
• Develop and execute the digital growth strategy, ensuring achievement of sales and profit targets.
• Manage paid media, email marketing, customer journey optimization, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
• Coordinate and manage external partners, including customer service, logistics and delivery providers, media agencies, and SEO vendors.
• Monitor, analyze, and present ecommerce performance reports to the VP of Marketing and senior management.
• Identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives to maximize online sales and customer engagement.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience managing an ecommerce business with annual online revenue exceeding ILS 5 million (required).
• Proven experience managing online channel revenue budgets and full P&L responsibility (required).
• Hands-on experience overseeing customer service operations, logistics and fulfillment, and managing PPC and SEO agencies (required).
• Strong working knowledge of Shopify and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) (required).
• Excellent English communication skills.
