Department Manager

Company Description Atrinet is a telecom innovation company with over a decade of experience helping Telecom Operators and Service Providers modernize systems, streamline operations, and improve customer service. Atrinet focuses on cutting-edge telecom solutions, including Value-Added Services (VAS) and advanced network management platforms.

Atrinet is looking for an experienced Telecom manager to lead the ongoing activity of the company’s VAS products.

The role combines both business and technical responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the VAS product lines and overall business operations.
• Lead Development, Presales, Delivery, and Support teams in Israel and China.
• Oversee proposals, pricing, and commercial processes.
• Define product development priorities based on customer requirements.
• Work closely with mobile operators, business partners, and technology partners.
• Handle ongoing customer management, identifying new business opportunities, managing projects, and tracking execution.

Requirements

• Strong background and extensive experience in the Telecom/Communications industry.
• Deep familiarity with Messaging systems, VAS, or Core Network - Must.
• Proven experience managing technical teams and cross-functional operations.
• Solid business and commercial acumen.
• Hands-on experience managing relationships with domestic and international clients.
• Technical background with experience in writing technical specifications for customer solutions.
• High level of English proficiency.

The role reports directly to the VP of VAS.
