SAP FI Implementation & Training Specialist | Leading Healthcare Organization | Central Israel (Hybrid)

About the Role

A leading healthcare organization in Central Israel is looking for an experienced SAP FI Implementation & Training Specialist to join its Finance Systems Support team.

In this role, you'll provide training, implementation, and user support for SAP FI across the organization. You'll work closely with accountants, controllers, economists, and finance professionals, ensuring effective system adoption and ongoing operational support while participating in finance-related SAP initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FI implementation and user onboarding activities.
• Deliver remote training and ongoing support to end users.
• Support day-to-day operations of the SAP FI module.
• Guide users through financial business processes and system functionality.
• Analyze data and perform cross-functional SAP activities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Business teams.
• Document processes, provide user assistance, and resolve functional issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement and SAP enhancement projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience implementing SAP FI solutions.
• Proven experience delivering SAP user training and system implementation.
• Strong knowledge of the SAP FI module, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking, Fixed Assets, Taxes, and Financial Accounting processes.
• Experience supporting end users in enterprise environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
