We're Hiring | Observability Engineer

We're looking for an experienced Observability Engineer to join a leading technology team and play a key role in ensuring the stability and performance of mission-critical systems.

What you'll do:

🔹 Design, implement, and maintain enterprise monitoring and observability solutions.

🔹 Monitor complex IT infrastructure and application environments.

🔹 Develop automation and custom solutions using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.

🔹 Build and optimize infrastructure monitoring capabilities.

🔹 Collaborate closely with Infrastructure, DevOps, and Engineering teams.

🔹 Contribute to innovative observability initiatives, including AI-driven solutions.

What we're looking for:

✔️ 7+ years of experience in System Administration, Infrastructure, or Observability/Monitoring.

✔️ Strong experience with Linux and Windows environments.

✔️ Hands-on experience with APM and Infrastructure Monitoring platforms.

✔️ Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.

✔️ Solid understanding of client-server architecture.

✔️ Experience designing and implementing monitoring solutions.

✔️ Experience with AI-based solutions – an advantage.

✔️ Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, and a proactive mindset.
