Technical Support Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Deskside Support / Field Service Engineer (L2) to provide premium White Glove technical support across our office footprint. Operating primarily through our on-site Tech Lounge, you will deliver high-touch service to VIPs, executives, and internal staff while managing modern desktop and mobile endpoint environments.

Key Responsibilitie

• sWhite Glove & Tech Lounge Support: Provide fast-response, white-glove technical support in person, via phone/email, and remotely to staff and leadership
• .Endpoint Management: Provision, deploy, and maintain Windows and Mac devices using Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Jamf Pro
• .Modern Imaging & Provisioning: Execute image deployments using Intune Autopilot, PXE Boot, and macOS imaging workflows
• .Onboarding & MDM: Manage mobile device deployment (MDM) and oversee full end-user onboarding/offboarding technical setups
• .AV & Peripherals Support: Setup and troubleshoot conference room systems (Teams/Zoom Rooms, projectors, audio) and network print servers/hardware
• .ITAM & ServiceNow: Meticulously log all incidents/requests and update Configuration Items (CIs) in ServiceNow CMDB

Requiremen

• ts3+ years in Deskside / Field Services Support with proven VIP / White Glove experienc
• e.Strong hands-on expertise with Intune, Jamf Pro, SCCM, and ServiceNo
• w.Solid grasp of Autopilot, PXE Booting, and macOS/Windows imagin
• g.Experience supporting conference room AV setups and network printer
• s.Excellent communication, customer service orientation, and problem-solving skill
• s.Flexibility to participate in an on-call rotation as neede
