Vice President, FP&A & Business Performance

A publicly traded global energy company is seeking a Vice President FP&A & Business Performance to build and lead its global Financial Planning & Analysis and Business Performance function.

Reporting to the CFO, this executive will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, driving enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and executive decision support across a dynamic international organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise-wide FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning.

• Deliver Board-level financial reporting, analysis, and strategic insights.

• Develop sophisticated financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases to support executive decision-making.

• Drive enterprise performance management through financial and operational KPIs.

• Lead the transformation of FP&A capabilities through advanced analytics, automation, and AI-enabled forecasting.

• Build and lead a high-performing global FP&A organization.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Extensive FP&A leadership within a large, complex organization (public company experience is an advantage).
• Deep expertise in financial modeling, strategic planning, forecasting, and executive decision support.
• Experience in capital-intensive industries such as energy, utilities, infrastructure, industrials, or related sectors.
• Strong executive presence with experience presenting to senior leadership and Boards of Directors.
• MBA preferred.

This role requires frequent international travel between Israel and the United States, along with regular engagement with executive leadership, the Board of Directors, investors, and other strategic stakeholders.
