We're hiring a senior full-stack developer who's ready to stop writing boilerplate and start designing the machinery that produces software at scale.

Your Mission

You won't spend your days line-by-line coding. You'll spend them constructing repeatable, self-verifying agent pipelines — then using those pipelines to deliver polished features across React front ends, Java services, GraphQL APIs, and containerized infrastructure. Every workflow you create gets shared back to the team, raising everyone's ceiling.

Think of it as moving from craftsperson to factory designer — except the factory improves itself every week, and the products ship to customers whose brands millions of people interact with daily.

What Your Week Looks Like

• Design agent orchestration systems — context packages, verification gates, and parallel execution patterns that let AI agents complete entire development tasks with minimal intervention.
• Deliver production features end-to-end — from UI polish to backend logic to deployment. No handoffs, no waiting on separate QA cycles.
• Compound team capability — document and distribute the reusable workflows, prompts, and tooling you develop so one person's breakthrough becomes everyone's baseline.
• Maintain an enterprise quality bar — automated test coverage, clean PR reviews on the first pass, defensive coding, and edge-case handling that Fortune 100 customers demand.
• Mentor rising engineers — share your approach through code review, pairing sessions, and written guidance on AI-native development practices.
• Explore relentlessly — benchmark new models, swap tools when something better arrives, and bring findings back to the team. Loyalty is to results, not products.
  
  

• 4+ years shipping production software in both Java (backend) and React (front end) — real depth, not surface-level exposure.
• Power user of frontier AI coding tools — you've moved past experimentation into daily, structured use of agentic tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or comparable platforms. You run agents in closed loops and in parallel, not turn-by-turn chat.
• Quality-obsessed by default — you wire verification into every step (unit tests, type checks, build validation, visual confirmation) so velocity never comes at the cost of reliability.
• Strong product sense — you consider the end user, anticipate edge cases, and deliver work that feels finished without needing exhaustive specs.
• Genuine end-to-end ownership — you build it, test it, ship it, and stand behind it. Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable surfacing risks early.
• Enterprise engineering discipline — security-conscious, validation-heavy, review-ready code is your standard output.
• CI/CD comfort — you can troubleshoot a failing GitHub Actions pipeline and keep the release moving. AWS knowledge is a bonus.
  
  

• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered features — prompt chains, agent APIs, or automation products.
• Background in B2B SaaS, community platforms, or social software at enterprise scale.
• GraphQL API design and container orchestration in production environments.
• Track record of building internal developer tools or shared automation that measurably lifted team output.
