AI Integration Architect (533401)

We are hiring a senior AI Integration Architect for a global enterprise organization based in Tel Aviv. This is a highly strategic architecture role responsible for defining how AI operates across the enterprise not as a standalone capability, but as a governed, secure, and scalable system embedded into core business platforms.

The role sits within Enterprise Technology and owns the enterprise AI integration layer across systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Jira, HiBob, and Workato. The selected candidate will define the architecture, governance model, and integration patterns that determine how AI agents and LLM-based workflows interact with enterprise systems in production environments.

This is a hands-on architectural leadership role with end-to-end ownership of the enterprise AI operating model, including governance, security, and execution frameworks. You will shape how AI capabilities are safely exposed, how agentic workflows are controlled, and how AI initiatives move from concept to production at scale.

The role includes close collaboration with business, security, and platform stakeholders, as well as leadership of technical teams responsible for building and operating the AI integration ecosystem.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, systems integration, or platform engineering
• Strong background in enterprise integration and API-based architectures
• Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms (Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services or similar)
• Experience integrating enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, SaaS platforms) in production environments
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, event-driven architecture, and integration patterns
• Experience designing governance frameworks, access control models, and production-grade systems
• Proven experience leading technical teams and driving architecture decisions
• Experience working with AI/LLM-based systems in production environments

Advantage:

• Experience with agentic AI or LLM-based workflows in enterprise settings
• Familiarity with AI governance, compliance, or regulated environments
• Experience with MCP-style architectures or AI orchestration layers
• Background in vector databases, RAG architectures, or AI observability
• Experience building enterprise citizen development programs
