Customer Relationship Management Business Analyst

Comblack is hiring a Salesforce CRM Systems Analyst!

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CRM Systems Analyst to lead end-to-end Salesforce projects, working closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and complex enterprise integrations.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in systems analysis and project management on the Salesforce platform.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience implementing Salesforce solutions.
• Proven experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems.
• Experience writing both business and technical specifications.
• Experience leading software releases and collaborating with development teams and business stakeholders.
• Fluent Hebrew and a high level of English.
