Staff DevOps Engineer

We're looking for a **Senior / Staff DevOps Engineer** to join an ambitious startup building cutting-edge AI infrastructure. You'll be part of a small, highly technical platform team, owning the infrastructure that powers large-scale GPU compute across multiple cloud environments.

What You'll Be Doing-

* Design, build, and operate highly available multi-region Kubernetes clusters.

* Manage GPU infrastructure and optimize scheduling for AI/ML workloads.

* Own networking, ingress, security, and cloud infrastructure at scale.

* Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform/OpenTofu.

* Develop secure CI/CD pipelines with progressive deployments and automated rollbacks.

* Implement modern cloud security practices, identity federation, and secrets management.

* Work closely with engineers building next-generation AI platforms.

What We're Looking For

* Extensive experience managing Kubernetes production environments.

* Strong background with AWS, GCP (Azure is a plus).

* Hands-on experience with Terraform/OpenTofu and Infrastructure as Code.

* Deep understanding of networking, cloud security, IAM, and secrets management.

* Experience building modern CI/CD pipelines.

* Ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems and production environments.

Nice to Have

* Experience operating GPU clusters or AI infrastructure.

* Familiarity with model serving technologies such as vLLM, Triton, KServe, or SGLang.

* Experience with observability platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki).

* Exposure to Kafka, Spark, Airflow, Ray, Kubeflow, or MLflow.
