Lead and supervise a team of warehouse associates at GE HealthCare Israel, ensuring efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of medical equipment and supplies in a compliant and safe environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Allocate tasks and monitor team performance to meet productivity targets and quality standards.
• Train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates on standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Conduct regular inventory checks, cycle counts, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all internal GE Medical Systems Israel Ltd policies, as well as external regulatory requirements (e.g., medical device regulations, safety standards).
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize warehouse flow.
• Generate reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and team productivity.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics, quality, and production, to ensure smooth operations.
  
  

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment; certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Hebrew and English (written and spoken).
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
