System Administrator

We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to join a technology team based in Kiryat Gat.

The role includes end-to-end responsibility for the organization’s IT infrastructure, management of Windows servers, maintenance of the virtualization environment, system monitoring, and implementation of information security and system hardening policies.

The position focuses on core systems (Tier 2/3) and involves troubleshooting complex issues and participating in infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, manage, and maintain Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments.
• Manage and configure Active Directory, with a strong emphasis on Group Policy Objects (GPO).
• Take responsibility for the VMware-based virtualization environment.
• Operate and configure network equipment, including VLANs, switches, and FortiGate products.
• Continuously monitor organizational systems using advanced tools such as ManageEngine or SolarWinds.
• Plan and implement system hardening processes and deploy security tools.
• Resolve System and Help Desk issues and support the organization’s IT infrastructure.

Requirements:

• At least two years of proven experience as a System Administrator.
• Experience managing Windows servers and Active Directory, including GPO.
• Hands-on experience working in VMware environments.
• Technical familiarity with FortiGate products, VLANs, and switches.
• Previous experience with ManageEngine or SolarWinds monitoring systems.
• Basic understanding of and practical experience with system hardening processes and security software.
• High proficiency in both Hebrew and English.
