Structural & Systems Analysis Engineer (FEA) | Defense Industry | Yehud, Israel

We are looking for a Structural & Systems Analysis Engineer to take part in the analysis, validation, and optimization of complex mechanical systems.

What you’ll do:

• Perform dynamic and static structural analyses for complex systems

• Analyze environmental requirements and define system loads

• Build and simulate models using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools (MSC Nastran)

• Plan and execute validation tests for analytical models

• Analyze test results and extract mechanical/system-level insights

• Write technical reports and present findings

• Investigate failures and provide design improvement recommendations

• Support mechanical engineers throughout the design lifecycle

• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams (systems, mechanics, testing)

• Take ownership of analysis activities within projects

What we’re looking for:

✔️ B.Sc. in Mechanical / Civil / Aerospace Engineering – Must

✔️ At least 2 years of experience in structural & dynamic analysis (FEA)

✔️ Hands-on experience with Nastran / FEA tools + analytical calculations

✔️ Strong understanding of strength, dynamics, and mechanical behavior

✔️ Experience in testing & validation processes – Advantage

✔️ Experience with Patran / Apex – Advantage

✔️ Experience in time-domain & frequency-domain analysis – Advantage

✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
