Job Description:

A leading medical device company is seeking a Clinical & Sales Specialist to lead business and clinical activities across the Shfela and Southern Israel regions.

This role combines responsibility for promoting advanced anesthesia and respiratory care solutions with clinical support, healthcare professional training, and the implementation of medical equipment and consumables in hospitals. The position involves extensive fieldwork, hands-on clinical support during medical procedures, and building long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell medical devices and consumables within the anesthesia and respiratory care portfolio.
• Provide clinical support and product training to healthcare professionals.
• Deliver on-site clinical assistance during procedures in operating rooms and other relevant hospital departments.
• Support the implementation and adoption of new products, ensuring optimal clinical use.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, operating room teams, intensive care units, respiratory departments, and hospital procurement teams.
• Develop business opportunities and manage customer relationships throughout the assigned territory.

Requirements:

• Clinical background in Nursing, Emergency Medicine (EMS), Critical Care, Operating Room, or Anesthesia – a significant advantage.
• Experience in medical device sales and/or clinical application support and training – an advantage.
• Strong presentation, communication, and training skills.
• Commercial mindset with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively and provide support during clinical procedures.
• Valid driver's license.
