QA Engineer

Located in the Center region (coastal tech hub environment) and operating on a hybrid model with one day of remote work per week.

Position Overview-

• QA & Automation Engineer stepping into a high-impact role to design, analyze, and lead the company's end-to-end quality assurance strategy for complex Web applications.
• Taking technical ownership to architect and establish QA methodologies, testing processes, and automation frameworks from scratch.
• Balancing smart automated test coverage with high-level exploratory manual validation across dynamic frontend interfaces and backend APIs.
• Utilizing modern test suites, continuous deployment workflows, and next-generation AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor).

Requirements-

• 2+ years of professional experience as a Web QA Engineer, successfully combining manual methodologies with hands-on test automation - Mandatory
• Proven experience building or maintaining web automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, or similar code-based libraries - Mandatory
• Solid, practical experience conducting API testing utilizing tools like Postman - Mandatory
• High proficiency with browser developer tools (DevTools, Console, Network analysis) for tracking frontend behavior and layout regressions - Mandatory
• Hands-on experience building automated test scenarios using codeless/low-code platforms like Testim.io or equivalent environments - Strong Advantage
• Practical familiarity running database queries and manipulating data using SQL - Advantage
• Prior exposure to AI-native development ecosystems or code-generation tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot) - Advantage
