System Analyst

A market-leading FinTech company behind a widely-used digital payments platform and mobile application. Their solution enables seamless peer-to-peer (P2P) money transfers, group collection, and secure merchant payment processing at high scale.

Located in central Tel Aviv (walking distance from a train station), operating on a hybrid work model with 2 days WFH per week.

Role Description-

• Joining the technological product and systems team as a Technical Systems Analyst.
• Leading system analysis, design, and technical specifications (PRDs, ERDs, REST API definitions) for complex mobile and backend systems.
• Leveraging cutting-edge GenAI platforms to streamline technical documentation, system design, and workflow efficiency.
• Working closely with R&D, Product, and QA teams to define scalable data models and seamless API integrations.

Requirements-

• 3 years of experience as a Technical Systems Analyst – Mandatory
• 1 year of experience analyzing and defining Mobile-based systems – Mandatory
• 1 year of experience with MongoDB database design / NoSQL architectures – Mandatory
• 1 year of experience defining REST APIs and interface protocols – Mandatory
• Proven hands-on experience utilizing GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for system design, PRDs, and architecture optimization – Mandatory
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc. / B.A.) – Mandatory
• Certification / Graduate of a Systems Analysis course – Mandatory
• Deep understanding of information systems and software architectures – Mandatory
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew, and high-level technical
