A leading technology company is looking for an NPI / Manufacturing Engineering Specialist to join its engineering team and support the transfer of advanced products from development to production.

This role is ideal for a Practical Electrical Engineer (Electronics Technician) with experience in NPI, Manufacturing Engineering, or Engineering Support, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works with high accuracy, and enjoys collaborating with global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and production transfer processes.
• Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, specifications, and manufacturing packages.
• Create technical specifications and production instructions for manufacturers and subcontractors.
• Work extensively with engineering drawings, ECOs, and product documentation.
• Provide ongoing engineering support to manufacturing and operational teams.
• Coordinate technical activities with international stakeholders and suppliers.
• Ensure documentation accuracy, completeness, and compliance with engineering requirements.
• Manage multiple deliverables simultaneously while meeting demanding schedules and deadlines.

Requirements

• Practical Engineer (Electronics) diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, NPI Engineer, or in a similar engineering support role.
• Experience with engineering documentation, technical specifications, and product files.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation.
• Experience working with manufacturers, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong English communication skills, including working with global interfaces.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
