Digital Marketing Specialist

The ideal candidate will have strong commercial thinking, creative problem-solving skills and proven experience in driving business growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. This candidate will have experience working across multiple channels (digital & offline), managing sales pipelines, building marketing funnels, and executing campaigns end-to-end while delivering measurable business results.

Responsibilities

•  Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and campaign structures.
• Analyze campaign data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient media spending.
• Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in marketing, or business development
• Excellent communication skills, negotiation capability and customer relationship management
• Proven track record of achieving targets and delivering growth initiatives
