What you'll do:

• Provide operational and administrative support for after-sales activities.

• Monitor and coordinate processes to improve customer satisfaction.

• Communicate with international customers and suppliers.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in operations, process coordination, or administration.

• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).

• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.

• A service-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
