Role Description-

• Joining the core engineering squad, reporting directly to the CTO, with significant impact on system architecture and product vision.
• Designing and building high-scale backend services using Go, supporting complex enterprise cyber-risk management workflows.
• Developing AI-native infrastructures, orchestrating autonomous AI agents, and integrating LLM frameworks into production microservices.
• Architecting cloud-native solutions on AWS using Microservices and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).

Requirements-

• 5+ years of hands-on Backend software development experience – Mandatory
• Strong proficiency in Go (or extensive backend development in Go alongside Python / Node.js) – Mandatory
• Hands-on development experience in Cloud environments (AWS) – Mandatory
• Proven background in Microservices architecture and distributed systems – Mandatory
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) – Advantage
• Experience with AI/LLM integrations, AI Agents, or Cybersecurity platforms – Advantage
