Schindler Israel, a global leader in the elevator and escalator industry, is looking for an Experienced Talent Acquisition to join our team in a dynamic and impactful role within a global organization.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for a wide range of roles (HQ and field positions)
• Partner closely with hiring managers and drive role definition processes
• Source candidates through various channels: social media, job boards, sourcing tools, and more
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews
• Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process while maintaining a high-level candidate experience
• Work with recruitment systems and manage recruitment data
• Take part in leading HR and recruitment-related projects
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, including preparing presentations and management reports

• Bachelor’s degree – Required
• At least 4 years of recruitment experience – Required
• Experience recruiting for diverse roles (advantage: field/technical positions)
• Strong proficiency in LinkedIn and advanced sourcing tools
• Ability to independently manage processes with excellent interpersonal skills
• High level of English – written and verbal
• Highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
