NPI Engineer

A prominent, publicly traded global technology and engineering corporation that specializes in the design, development, and turnkey construction of advanced automated warehousing and autonomous robotic parking systems.

The company engineers high-capacity, multi-disciplinary logistics structures and heavy electro-mechanical systems deployed across Israel, the United States, and Eastern Europe.

The company is located in a primary industrial zone in the Center region and operates on an in-office work model, with operational flexibility provided for special circumstances.

Position Overview-

• Senior NPI (New Product Introduction) Engineer stepping into a high-visibility, global technical ownership role to spearhead the transition of complex automated machinery from R&D to mass manufacturing and client deployment.
• Serving as the primary technical anchor and operational bridge between engineering design teams, local manufacturing facilities, and international enterprise clients.
• Directing the customization, product adaptation, and structural tailoring of automated warehouse and parking portfolios to meet distinct architectural constraints for new global buyers.
• Owning end-to-end product implementation lifecycles, governing quality control validations, and troubleshooting advanced electro-mechanical systems directly during physical assembly and on-site rollout phases.
• Providing elite tier-3 technical support and engineering consultations for active projects across domestic and international installation sites.
• Engineering & Operations Ecosystem New Product Introduction (NPI), Mechanical Design Review, CAD, SolidWorks, Quality Control Techniques, Automated Warehousing Systems, Heavy Industrial Robotics, Manufacturing Assembly Lines, Engineering Change Orders (ECO), and Global Vendor Management.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering or a highly related quantitative engineering discipline (Mandatory).
• 5+ years of proven, hands-on professional experience as an NPI Engineer operating within a multi-disciplinary hardware, robotics, or complex machinery manufacturing environment (Mandatory).
• Comprehensive, expert-level technical command over 3D modeling software, specifically SolidWorks or equivalent CAD tools (Mandatory).
• Deep structural knowledge and practical application of advanced Quality Control techniques, statistical process controls, and industrial hardware validation standards (Mandatory).
• Proven track record handling technical documentation, production file transfers, and bridging R&D concepts with physical factory manufacturing.
• Full readiness to travel internationally to global client sites (US / Europe) to oversee complex system rollouts and project sign-offs (Mandatory).
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English, with the leadership presence required to command multi-disciplinary project environments.
