Located in central Israel (walking distance from major train stations), operating on a hybrid work model with 1 day WFH per week

Role Description-

• Joining as a Backend Engineering Team Lead, managing a high-performing squad of 4 developers with a 50% hands-on orientation.
• Architecting and building high-scale distributed backend systems and cyber security services using Go.
• Driving cloud-native development within a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem utilizing Kubernetes (K8s), Helm, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch.
• Leading full feature lifecycles, code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical execution of mission-critical security platforms.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent degree from a leading university / college – Mandatory
• 2 years of direct technical leadership / team management experience leading Backend engineering teams – Mandatory
• Proven hands-on software development background in backend languages: Go, Python, Java, or C# – Mandatory
• Track record of working in leading high-tech / tech-product companies – Mandatory
• Hands-on development experience with Go (Golang) – Significant Advantage
• Experience with Cloud architectures (GCP / AWS / Azure), SaaS platforms, or Cybersecurity domain – Advantage
