The company operates internationally with several hundred employees, with roughly half based in its primary Israeli R&D hub.

Located in central Israel (walking distance from major train stations), operating on a hybrid work model with 2 days WFH per week.

Role Description-

• Joining the core Infrastructure & Platform team, reporting directly to the Infrastructure Team Lead and impacting all company products and engineering groups.
• Designing, building, and maintaining cloud-native backend services and developer infrastructure using Python.
• Managing high-scale Big Data pipelines and microservices environments using Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Kubernetes (K8s), Helm, Apache Beam, and PostgreSQL.
• Architecting scalable foundational frameworks, optimizing system reliability, and driving engineering best practices across distributed production services.

Requirements-

• 5+ years of hands-on Backend software development experience using Python, Node.js, or Go – Mandatory
• Strong practical experience working with Kubernetes (K8s) in production environments – Mandatory
• Hands-on development experience in Cloud environments (GCP / AWS / Azure) – Mandatory
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and infrastructure/deployment tools (Helm, Terraform) – Mandatory
• Experience with Big Data processing tools and frameworks (Apache Beam, Spark, Kafka) – Advantage
• Background in Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, or High-Scale Distributed Systems – Advantage
