Product Manager

An innovative Cybersecurity startup specializing in Web3, Blockchain, and decentralized ecosystem security.

The company develops advanced protection platforms designed to secure digital assets, smart contracts, and decentralized infrastructure against sophisticated cyber threats.

Led by experienced tech founders, the company maintains its primary R&D and Product engine in Israel.

Located in central Tel Aviv (walking distance from the train station).

Role Description-

• Joining a core Product team, reporting directly to the CTO, with full end-to-end ownership of the company's enterprise SaaS security platform.
• Driving both Inbound and Outbound product operations: gathering customer requirements, defining PRDs, product design, UX/UI workflows, and long-term roadmap planning.
• Collaborating closely with R&D, CTO, and Security Researchers to translate complex Web3 security challenges into intuitive, high-value product features.
• Leading Go-To-Market strategies, product positioning, and client-facing product demonstrations for global B2B customers.

Requirements-

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Product Management owning both Inbound and Outbound lifecycles for B2B products – Mandatory
• Solid technical understanding of Web technologies and SaaS system architectures – Mandatory
• Proven background in authoring detailed technical specification documents (PRDs) and driving UX/UI design processes – Mandatory
• Background or strong familiarity with Web3, Blockchain, Crypto, or Smart Contract security – Significant Advantage
• Previous experience in Cyber Security or enterprise-grade B2B platforms – Advantage
