Job Description:

Manage local procurement processes.
Create and issue purchase orders using the Priority ERP system.
Track purchase orders and deliveries with suppliers.
Follow up with suppliers and expedite deliveries according to the company's needs.
Maintain ongoing communication with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Update procurement data and monitor procurement processes in the Priority ERP system.

Requirements:

Previous experience in procurement or purchasing.
Experience working with the Priority ERP system – an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.
Familiarity with the IT / computer equipment industry – an advantage.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
Responsible, service-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills.
