Software Architect

A top-tier global, publicly traded technology enterprise developing high-scale cloud and software infrastructure solutions.

Serving thousands of major enterprise clients worldwide including leading global corporations and tech platforms the company operates internationally with an extensive engineering hub centered in Israel.

Located in central Israel (walking distance from major train stations), operating on a hybrid work model with 2 days WFH per week.

Role Description-

• Joining the company’s elite Innovation & CTO Office unit, reporting directly to the VP Architect.
• Shaping the overall technological vision and leading cross-organizational R&D innovation initiatives, with a strong focus on AI integration.
• Defining high-level architecture, technical specifications, and system design for ultra-high-scale distributed systems.
• Evaluating emerging technologies, setting architectural standards, and driving key technical decisions across all R&D squads.
• Hands-on architecture and prototyping (~20-30% coding/PoCs), integrating modern AI capabilities into multi-language environments (Java, Go, Node.js, Python) across public cloud architectures.

Requirements-

• 10 years of hands-on software development experience – Mandatory
• 3 years of experience as a Software / System / Enterprise Architect – Mandatory
• Deep, proven experience architecting and developing for Large-Scale Distributed Systems (High Scale) – Mandatory
• Extensive technical experience with Multi-Cloud environments (AWS / GCP / Azure) – Mandatory
• Multi-language backend proficiency (Java, Go, Node.js, or Python) – Mandatory
• Background in evaluating AI / LLM technologies, building PoCs, or integrating AI into enterprise products – Advantage
