Chief Operating Officer

Its Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) combines cameras, sensors, crane interfaces, and operator touchscreens to provide real-time video, intuitive guidance overlays, and certified anti-collision capabilities. UltraWis also offers web and mobile applications for monitoring crane productivity, generating safety alerts, and supporting task planning and scheduling. Job Responsibilities

Procurement & Manufacturing

• Manage all procurement and manufacturing activities, ensuring high standards of quality, cost-effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and optimize production processes to support company growth and scalability.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and manufacturing partners.
• Oversee all import, export, shipping, and logistics operations.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers worldwide.
• Coordinate international shipments and customs processes.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels according to production plans and customer demand.
• Implement inventory control procedures to optimize stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.

Customer Relations & Field Operations

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Manage field operations and support activities to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with customers to address operational needs and improve service delivery.

Production Management

• Lead and supervise the production team to ensure productivity, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Establish KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.

Job Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering  Or other similar education.

Languages

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Native Hebrew speaker.

Experience

• Proven team management experiance.
• Proven experience working with Priority ERP (mandatory).
• Proven experience in managing and planning in-house manufacturing processes and working with external subcontractors (mandatory).
• Proven experience in procurement management, including supplier negotiations, international sourcing, and import/export logistics (mandatory).
• Strong technical background and high-level technical understanding – an advantage.
• Experience working in a startup environment – an advantage.
