Role Description The Aerospace Engineer will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to design, analyze, and refine aerospace systems and components for aircraft and spacecraft projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing aerodynamics and structural analyses, running simulations, supporting system integration activities, and preparing technical documentation and reports. The role involves collaborating closely with designers and engineers to translate concepts into feasible, production-ready solutions that meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements. This is a remote, contract position, requiring proactive communication, self-directed work, and the ability to contribute effectively across time zones and project phases.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Aerodynamics and Aerospace Engineering, with the ability to perform analyses and interpret simulation results.
• Experience in Systems Engineering, including requirements definition, system architecture, and integration of multidisciplinary subsystems.
• Hands-on experience with Aircraft design, performance assessment, or certification-related engineering activities.
• Background in Spacecraft systems, components, or mission design, including orbital mechanics or space environment considerations.
• Proficiency with aerospace modeling and analysis tools (e.g., CAD, FEA, CFD), and familiarity with relevant industry standards.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or a closely related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly.
• Experience working in remote, cross-functional engineering environments and managing tasks independently on contract-based projects.
