I'm recruiting for a senior hands-on SecOps leadership position at a global SaaS company.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex security challenges, leading major cyber incidents, and building modern security operations.

This is NOT a traditional SOC role.

A 24/7 MSSP handles monitoring and initial triage, allowing you to focus on what really matters:

• Leading complex Incident Response
• Driving Detection & Response capabilities
• Building automation and improving security operations
• Strengthening cloud and identity security
• Influencing technical direction and security architecture
• Working closely with Engineering, Cloud and Infrastructure teams

We're looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with real ownership, someone who enjoys staying hands-on while leading technical decisions and continuously improving security capabilities.
