Machine Learning Engineer

Founded by industry veterans with a proven track record in top-tier quantitative trading institutions, the company is fully backed by long-term financial backing and serves leading Israeli and international hedge funds.

The company builds autonomous high-frequency trading systems driven by advanced Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and statistical models.

Located in the Sharon region (right by the train station), operating on an in-office / flexible hybrid model.

Role Description-

• Joining as a Lead Quantitative / ML Data Scientist reporting directly to the Founder, serving as a core team member with end-to-end impact.
• Owning the full ML pipeline lifecycle: from exploratory research and PoC to high-performance algorithm implementation in Production, monitoring, and fine-tuning.
• Analyzing complex financial time-series data, signal processing, and large datasets using modern Python data science frameworks and Rust.
• Developing predictive statistical models and machine learning pipelines designed for real-time market execution and feature engineering.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related quantitative field – Mandatory
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning / Deep Learning / Data Science – Mandatory
• Deep, hands-on experience working with Time-Series data modeling and analysis – Mandatory
• Strong programming capabilities in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow) OR Rust – Mandatory
• Background in quantitative finance, algorithmic trading, financial data analysis, or signal processing – Significant Advantage
