Paid Social Marketing Manager (Remote)

We’re looking for a performance-driven Paid Social Media Buyer with 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta campaigns to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll own campaign execution, testing, and optimization across Facebook and Instagram while collaborating with the team on growth initiatives across Google, TikTok, email, and other acquisition channels.

What You'll Do

• Launch, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns.
• Continuously test new audiences, creatives, copy, and campaign structures to improve performance.
• Monitor campaign pacing and budgets to ensure KPIs and profitability targets are met.
• Analyze performance data and identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop high-performing ad concepts.
• Stay up to date on platform changes, industry trends, and emerging best practices.
  

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, direct response, and e-commerce metrics.
• Experience managing significant monthly ad budgets.
• Proven ability to test and optimize large volumes of creative assets.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to make optimization decisions.
• Comfortable forecasting performance and reporting on campaign results.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.

Bonus

• Experience with TikTok Ads, or other paid acquisition channels.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate creative testing and campaign optimization.
