Hardcore Growth Marketer

We’re hiring a Hardcore Growth Marketer at Horizon.

Horizon is a VC-backed fintech startup, backed by Entrée Capital. We recently came out of stealth, with more than 23,000 traders signed up before launch.

Now, we’re looking for an exceptionally sharp, data-obsessed, and relentless Growth Marketer to scale our user acquisition.

This is not a role for traditional brand marketers, nor is it for someone who relies on external agencies to do the heavy lifting. We are looking for an execution machine—someone who lives in the data, loves testing, and knows exactly how to build and scale B2C growth engines from the ground up.

What you’ll do:

• Scale Acquisition: Own and scale multi-channel performance marketing campaigns (Paid Social, Programmatic, and emerging channels) to drive massive B2C user growth.
• Funnel Optimization: Obsess over every step of the conversion funnel. You will run endless A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and onboarding flows to slash CAC and maximize LTV.
• Data-Driven Execution: Live in our analytics platforms. You will build your own dashboards, track cohorts, and make budget allocation decisions based on strict ROI and unit economic metrics.
• Growth Hacking: Find unconventional, highly scalable ways to acquire users outside of traditional paid media.
• Cross-Functional Impact: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with our Product, Design, and Copywriting teams to rapidly launch and iterate on new growth initiatives.

You should be:

• A Proven Scaler: You have a track record of managing and scaling large B2C user acquisition budgets profitably.
• Highly Analytical: You are incredibly comfortable with complex data sets, attribution models, and cohort analysis. Excel/Google Sheets and product analytics tools are second nature to you.
• Hands-On: You don't just strategize; you set up the campaigns, build the tracking, and pull the levers yourself.
• Relentlessly Resourceful: You thrive under tight constraints and high expectations. You move extremely fast and hate waiting for approvals.
• Experience in Fintech, trading, or data-heavy B2C products is a massive advantage.
